I have a bunch of things I'd like to share with you, but its late, and I am in my way to work- so I'll have to save the funny things that have happened for another day..

Day 14
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 KB swings (24kg)
Max amount of rounds in 20 min- post rounds for score..

50- 40- 30- 20- 10

I have been trying to mess with the diet to see where I perform which programs the best- and today I hit the proverbial wall.. I did todays WOD at 13:00 and had not eaten before that- I was like running in deep snow and breathing through a coffee filter.. Not my finest hour, but a really funny experience..
