Sorry that I have to make it short today!
Yesterday was heavy thrusters, but since my wrists are still giving me all kinds of trouble I decided be just a little smart, and go for heavy sets of 5 instead of doing max lifts..
I made my way to 80kg, and it felt really good. My wrists still hurt everytime I do heavier presses, so I am pretty happy this one went well, but I would really like to try to go heavier as soon as my wrists allow it:-)

Det var inte direkt fran tempo, utan mer att avverka en och sen den nästa men full foda reps... Lovar att handleden kändes efteråt!
